Four Seasons Yachts adds 2 exclusive private island experiences in Caribbean

Four Seasons Yachts has unveiled two exclusive private island experiences for Four Seasons I’s inaugural Caribbean season.

The experiences, in Anguilla and The Bahamas, will be available throughout the yacht’s 2026/27 winter deployment.

The experiences include exclusive access to Prickly Pear in Anguilla and the Yacht Club at Norman’s Cay in The Bahamas.

The announcement comes as Four Seasons I continues its inaugural Mediterranean season following its maiden voyage in March, ahead of its repositioning to the Caribbean for the winter.

Four Seasons I

“It’s been an incredible start to our inaugural Mediterranean season and we’re excited to bring Four Seasons I to the Caribbean and The Bahamas this winter, regions that have long represented the pinnacle of yachting,” said Ben Trodd, Chief Executive Officer, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.

“As we looked at how to shape the experience for our guests, it was important that we create moments that capture the spirit of the destination while offering a level of access difficult to achieve through traditional travel. These new experiences are an exciting example of that vision coming to life,” he added.

The first experience is centred on Prickly Pear, an uninhabited island in the Anguillan archipelago.

Guests will arrive via a dedicated tender pier and boardwalk before spending the day on a private beach equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and food and beverage service.

The experience also includes a Caribbean barbecue lunch accompanied by a tiki bar and live DJ entertainment, with the beach reserved exclusively for Four Seasons Yachts guests during the visit.

The second destination is Norman’s Cay, located at the northern end of the Exuma island chain in The Bahamas.

Unlike the structured beach day in Anguilla, the Norman’s Cay experience has been designed to allow guests to explore independently without a fixed programme.

The island’s Yacht Club, situated on elevated ground overlooking Exuma Sound, will serve as the focal point for the visit, offering food, drinks, and music throughout the day. Guests will also have the option of arranging a private lunch at a location of their choice on the island.

For those seeking more active experiences, the destination offers snorkelling over a submerged aircraft, paddleboarding in the island’s lagoon, and kayaking towards the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park.

Private island experiences have become an increasingly important feature of the luxury cruise sector, with operators seeking to provide guests with exclusive access to destinations that are difficult to reach independently while maintaining a high level of personalised service ashore.

Four Seasons I will begin its first Caribbean season later this year, operating itineraries through The Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, the US Virgin Islands, St Barths, Nevis, Antigua, and Anguilla.

The deployment follows the yacht’s inaugural Mediterranean season and forms part of Four Seasons Yachts’ strategy of combining boutique yacht-style cruising with exclusive destination experiences both onboard and ashore.
