Four Seasons Yachts orders 3rd ultra-luxury vessel for 2031 delivery

Four Seasons Yachts will expand its fleet with a third ultra-luxury vessel following a new order placed with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for delivery in 2031.

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint owner and operator of the brand, signed the contract with Italian shipyard Fincantieri following the delivery of Four Seasons I earlier this year and the ongoing construction of Four Seasons II, which is due to debut in early 2028.

The third vessel will continue the residential-style concept introduced with the first two ships, featuring all-suite accommodation, expansive private terraces, and open-air living spaces designed to maximise guests’ connection with the sea.

The 207-metre, 34,000 gross ton vessel, subject to financing and customary conditions, will be built at Fincantieri’s Ancona shipyard, which has become the centre of the company’s ultra-luxury yacht construction programme.

The expansion comes less than five months after Four Seasons I was delivered and two years ahead of the launch of Four Seasons II, which was recently revealed to feature a new collection of residential-style Yacht Residential Suites when it enters service.

The second vessel will offer just 79 suites, including new two-, three- and four-bedroom residential accommodations designed for extended stays and multi-generational travel. Amenities will include integrated kitchens and dining areas, entertainment spaces, private terraces, and, in selected suites, splash pools and outdoor showers.

Earlier this month, Four Seasons Yachts also unveiled two exclusive private island experiences that will debut during Four Seasons I’s inaugural Caribbean season.

Guests sailing aboard the 95-suite yacht will have access to a private beach day at Prickly Pear, an uninhabited island in Anguilla, as well as the Yacht Club at Norman’s Cay in the Bahamas. The experiences have been developed exclusively for Four Seasons Yachts guests and will be offered throughout the vessel’s 2026/27 Caribbean and Bahamas programme.

Four Seasons I entered service in March following delivery from Fincantieri and is currently operating its inaugural Mediterranean season before repositioning to the Caribbean later this year.

The vessel accommodates just 190 guests in 95 suites and features what the company describes as a “transverse marina”, a distinctive waterside platform spanning both sides of the stern. The marina incorporates a retractable deck and lounge area designed to provide direct access to the sea for swimming, watersports, and relaxation while at anchor.

During its inaugural Caribbean season, Four Seasons I will sail itineraries through the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Antigua, Nevis, Anguilla and St. Barths.

With the third vessel scheduled for delivery in 2031, Four Seasons Yachts’ fleet expansion will span four years, with Four Seasons II joining the fleet in 2028 before the unnamed third yacht enters service three years later.
