Margaritaville at Sea to introduce High Tide Market food hall across fleet

Margaritaville at Sea has announced the introduction of High Tide Market, a new food hall concept that will be rolled out across its fleet beginning in January 2026.

The venue will debut on Margaritaville at Sea Paradise before being introduced on the line’s newbuild Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber and later appearing in an updated format aboard Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027.

High Tide Market has been developed as a reworking of the traditional buffet model, with a greater emphasis on variety, flow, and individually themed food stations, forming part of a broader upgrade of dining options across the brand.

The initiative represents one of Margaritaville at Sea’s largest coordinated dining upgrades to date and forms part of a broader effort to respond to guest feedback around casual dining options onboard.

The new venue will incorporate a mix of established offerings and newly introduced concepts. Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria will return as part of the food hall, continuing to serve stone-baked pizzas that have featured previously in the line’s dining lineup.

Mexican Cutie Cantina will offer build-your-own tacos, bowls, and other dishes influenced by Mexican and island-style flavours, while License to Chill Sandwich Shack will focus on made-to-order sandwiches and casual fare associated with beach destinations.

High Tide Market will also introduce a new dessert-focused venue, Slice of Paradise Desserts, which will operate as a dedicated sweets and confectionery station within the food hall.

Together, the concepts are intended to replace a single buffet line with multiple service points, allowing guests to move between stations rather than queueing at a central counter.

The first installation of High Tide Market is scheduled to open aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in January 2026. Following its debut, the venue will be incorporated into Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, the cruise line’s newest ship, which is set to enter service shortly thereafter.

A further iteration of the concept is planned for Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027, where the line has indicated the food hall will be introduced as part of a wider enhancement programme.

The rollout of High Tide Market coincides with changes to Margaritaville at Sea Paradise’s deployment from 2026.

The ship will transition to a new schedule featuring weekday four-night and weekend three-night itineraries. These short cruises will call at ports including Nassau, Key West, and Freeport, reflecting the line’s focus on brief, regional sailings aimed at flexible travel patterns.
