Regent reveals dining aboard upcoming Seven Seas Prestige, including Med-themed Azure

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released renderings and details of all seven specialty restaurants aboard Seven Seas Prestige, including a new Mediterranean dining venue called Azure.

Seven Seas Prestige is due for delivery in December 2026, the first new class introduced by Regent Seven Seas Cruises in a decade.

Azure introduces a mezze-style concept designed to encourage sharing and social dining. The menu will offer a range of dishes—such as appetisers, main courses, and desserts—drawing from the culinary traditions of Mediterranean countries including Spain, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Lebanon, and Israel.

The space, created by Studio DADO, has been designed to reflect the region’s diverse culture and geography.

“We wanted to capture a journey to the Levant, with its rich legacy of craftsmanship, ornamentation and the colours of the Mediterranean,” said Yohandel Ruiz, Founding Partner, Studio DADO. “It feels exotic but also comfortable and welcoming at the same time.”

The design incorporates detailed mosaic work, pottery, and natural textures, with a chandelier inspired by olives and olive trees as the central feature.

“Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Regent experience, and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are taking our commitment to Epicurean Perfection to an entirely new level,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“Our talented chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, baristas, waiters, and servers, work tirelessly to craft a culinary journey that is truly Unrivaled at Sea. I’m especially excited to reveal Azure—an innovative and exciting new dining experience that will bring fresh flavours and a bold new concept for Regent guests to enjoy.”

Azure will join six other specialty restaurants already featured across Regent’s fleet: Compass Rose, Pacific Rim, Prime 7, Chartreuse, Sette Mari at La Veranda, and La Veranda.

Dining aboard Seven Seas Prestige

Compass Rose
Designed by Studio DADO, Compass Rose takes its visual cues from celestial navigation. The entrance features mirrored panels designed to evoke starlight, leading into a space that combines wood, textured flooring, and strategic lighting to create a tranquil setting. Guests are able to customise their meals nightly, consistent with the restaurant’s existing concept across the fleet.

Prime 7
Designed by AD Associates, Prime 7 is inspired by the industrial and architectural heritage of early 20th-century Chicago. The restaurant features materials and colours referencing the city’s former stockyards and art deco buildings. “Prime 7 is not just a destination; it’s a dialogue between past and present, steel and velvet, fire and finesse,” said Nicola Preece, Design Director, AD Associates.

Chartreuse
A French dining venue by AD Associates, Chartreuse is described as a modern reinterpretation of a turn-of-the-century society residence. The interiors include soft green tones, marble detailing, and seating arrangements designed for both intimate dining and social interaction. “Chartreuse is where a moment is suspended in time. A return to grace. A celebration of design, conversation, and sophisticated savoir-faire,” said Preece.

Pacific Rim
Pacific Rim, created by Studio DADO, incorporates Japanese design principles of simplicity and balance. A sculptural archway greets guests, while natural elements such as bonsai trees and carved stone are used throughout. “It embodies the paradox of Asian cuisine—the simplicity as well as the complexity,” said Ruiz.

La Veranda / Sette Mari at La Veranda
During the day, La Veranda offers buffet-style breakfast and lunch, with ocean views from both indoor and shaded outdoor seating. In the evening, it transitions into Sette Mari, an à la carte venue for Italian cuisine. The al fresco space is the largest of its kind on a Regent ship.

Guests aboard Seven Seas Prestige will have access to 11 dining venues in total. This includes 24-hour in-suite dining, the Pool Grill for more casual meals, and Coffee Connection, which serves coffee, pastries, fruit, and cold meats. Another unnamed venue will be revealed closer to launch.

Menus for the specialty restaurants will be announced nearer the ship’s delivery date.

At 77,000 gross tonnes and accommodating up to 822 guests, Seven Seas Prestige will offer one of the highest space-to-guest ratios in the industry. The ship will introduce new suite categories, including an updated version of the Regent Suite, alongside redesigned public spaces, lounges, and bars.

Dining and beverages—including fine wines and premium spirits—are included in the fare. Additional inclusions are unlimited shore excursions, WiFi via Starlink, valet laundry service, pre-paid gratuities, and a pre-cruise hotel night for guests booked in Concierge-level suites or higher.

These offerings continue the line’s positioning around all-inclusive pricing and will apply across all sailings aboard Seven Seas Prestige.
