Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed details of the wellness facilities aboard Seven Seas Prestige, which is scheduled to enter service in December 2026.

The new ship will feature the largest fitness centre in the Regent fleet, as well as the cruise line’s first private salt room and a 161-square-foot gym inside the Skyview Regent Suite.

“Wellness has become a cornerstone of the Regent experience for many of our guests, and our Serene Spa & Wellness offering aboard Seven Seas Prestige has been designed to honour this evolving trend,” said Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“Every detail, from the technology guiding a single treatment to the philosophy behind the space itself, has been considered to help our guests feel truly restored and leave feeling renewed, refreshed and better than when they arrived,” he added.

Located on Deck 4, the Serene Spa & Wellness facilities will include 10 treatment rooms, comprising a dedicated acupuncture room, a Medi-Spa room, and a couples’ treatment room.

A complimentary thermal suite will introduce Regent’s first salt room and also feature saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aroma room, a snow room, experience showers, and heated loungers.

The spa will offer a range of massages, facials, body therapies, and beauty services at an additional cost. Its treatment programme will include the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage, and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap.

Regent is also expanding its Medi-Spa and longevity-focused offering aboard the ship, with treatments and technology including Thermage FLX and truSculpt for skin tightening and body contouring, Niagen NAD+ Longevity IV, LED-enhanced acupuncture, and the NEXA portable skin imaging system.

The salon will include three hair stations, a barber station, and two manicure and pedicure stations.

At 6,006 square feet, the Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Center will be the largest gym Regent has introduced aboard one of its ships.

The facility will feature Technogym equipment and dedicated spaces for yoga, Pilates, stretching, and cycling, alongside separate cardio and strength-training areas.

Seven Seas Prestige will also introduce Mywellness by Technogym to the Regent fleet. The digital platform provides customised training programmes, progress tracking, and on-demand video classes.

Wellness facilities will extend to the ship’s Skyview Regent Suite, which will include a private 161-square-foot gym equipped with Technogym equipment.

Passengers staying in the suite will also receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness services per day, which can be provided either in the suite or at the ship’s spa.

The wellness programme builds on Regent’s existing partnership with ELEMIS and follows the announcement of its Spotlight on Wellness & Longevity voyage.

Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to begin its maiden cruise on 13 December 2026 under Captain Luksa Kristovic before continuing into its inaugural season.
