MSC Yacht Club Top Sail Lounge
MSC Cruises will extend its MSC Yacht Club concept to two additional ships, MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, completing the rollout of the luxury enclave across the entire Musica class.
The refurbishment programme will see MSC Musica upgraded in late 2026 ahead of its South American deployment, followed by MSC Orchestra in the first quarter of 2027, in time for the ship’s Mediterranean season from Bari.
Once completed, all four Musica-class vessels — MSC Poesia, MSC Magnifica, MSC Musica, and MSC Orchestra — will feature the MSC Yacht Club.
The MSC Yacht Club is positioned as a dedicated area within the ship, offering guests a separate experience alongside access to the wider onboard facilities.
The concept includes a collection of suites, a private restaurant, lounge and sundeck, as well as 24-hour butler service and a dedicated concierge team. These spaces are designed to operate independently from the rest of the ship while remaining physically integrated into it.
Alongside the private venues, Yacht Club guests receive a range of services intended to personalise the cruise experience. These include daily in-suite amenities such as fresh fruit, macarons and chocolates, a complimentary bottle of premium spirits selected by the guest, unpacking and packing services, and access to private shopping appointments in onboard boutiques outside normal opening hours.
Guests also have access to MED by MSC, a line of organic bath products created exclusively for Yacht Club accommodation.
Shore experiences can also be customised, with bespoke excursions and private transport arranged to reflect individual preferences. These services are intended to offer flexibility both onboard and ashore, without requiring guests to opt out of the broader cruise environment.
The addition of MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra will increase the number of ships offering the MSC Yacht Club to 19 across the fleet.
The move reflects a broader strategy to standardise premium accommodation and service concepts across multiple ship classes, rather than limiting them to the newest vessels.
MSC Musica’s upgrade is scheduled to be completed before the ship begins its 2026/27 South American season. The vessel will operate a programme focused primarily on Brazil, alongside a series of longer holiday sailings over the Christmas and New Year period.
At the end of the season, MSC Musica will undertake a transatlantic crossing back to Europe.
MSC Orchestra will debut its MSC Yacht Club offering in March 2027, operating from Bari and sailing itineraries in the eastern Mediterranean. The programme includes calls in Türkiye and Greece, aligning the new Yacht Club accommodation with a regionally focused deployment rather than a repositioning or world cruise.
By completing the Musica-class upgrades, MSC Cruises brings older tonnage in line with more recent fleet additions, extending the reach of its premium product to a wider range of itineraries and markets.
