Cunard Line has unveiled its 2027/28 itineraries, featuring 110 new cruises across its four-ship fleet, including extended calls in key South African ports.
The new schedule sees Queen Anne and Queen Elizabeth each undertake full World Voyages, with both ships set to call in Durban and Cape Town, reflecting South Africa’s growing appeal on global cruise routes.
Between October 2027 and May 2028, the Cunard fleet will visit 97 destinations across 47 countries. The programme features 52 UNESCO World Heritage sites, 22 overnight port calls, and 23 late-evening departures, offering passengers more time ashore in key destinations.

The highlight of the release is two new World Voyages. Queen Anne, the newest addition to the fleet, will embark on a 111-night Western Circumnavigation, while Queen Elizabeth will sail east on a 113-night journey that includes stops in Africa, Australasia, the Pacific Islands and the Americas.
Both voyages will depart in January 2028.
Cunard said Queen Anne will offer overnight calls in Los Angeles, Sydney, Hong Kong and Cape Town, as well as extended stays in Honolulu, Durban and Port Elizabeth. The ship will also make six maiden calls, including Lautoka in Fiji and Halong Bay in Vietnam, the first time a Cunard vessel has visited the bay in 14 years.
Queen Elizabeth’s 2028 World Voyage will feature overnight stays in Cape Town, Yokohama (for Tokyo), Sydney, and Honolulu, along with maiden calls at St George’s in Grenada, Kingstown in St Vincent, and Durban in South Africa.
Shorter voyages include island-hopping cruises across the Caribbean, with turnarounds in Barbados and Miami.

“I am incredibly excited to launch our Winter 2028 programme, which has been designed to offer even more extraordinary ways to explore the world with Cunard,” said Katie McAlister, President of Cunard. “From two remarkable world voyages to journeys that encompass both new destinations and much-loved favourites, each itinerary captures the spirit of luxury adventure that defines our brand.”
“Each of our iconic Queens will ensure guests sail the world in style, while enjoying the signature experiences and sense of occasion that only a Cunard voyage can truly deliver,” she added.
Queen Mary 2, Cunard’s flagship and the world’s only ocean liner, will continue to operate its Transatlantic crossings while adding a series of Mediterranean, Caribbean and Northern Lights itineraries.

Queen Victoria will sail from Southampton to a variety of European destinations, including the Norwegian Fjords, Spain, Portugal and Morocco, and will also operate a 28-night Atlantic Islands Discovery voyage that visits Cape Verde, Tenerife and Lisbon.
Cunard is offering a 10% Early Booking Saving on selected voyages when booking before December 17th, 2025.
The expanded programme, with its renewed focus on global exploration and longer stays in key destinations, reinforces the line’s commitment to offering a traditional ocean-going experience with a modern schedule that spans every continent.
