Disney Destiny, the new Wish-class vessel in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, will feature a range of hero and villain-themed attractions inspired by Disney, Pixar and Marvel, when she is launched in late 2025.
Disney Destiny will offer a range of hero-themed experiences, including the “Lion King” dining adventure, an “Incredibles” confectionary, new lounges celebrating Cruella de Vil and Pirates of the Caribbean, and themed staterooms.
A range of Marvel characters will inspire themed venues and entertainment on the ship. Highlights include a Grand Hall inspired by “Black Panther,” an entertainment parlor themed around “Doctor Strange,” and a tower suite honoring Iron Man.

“For the Disney Destiny, we will introduce brand-new cruise experiences inspired by the legends and legacies of some of Disney’s most iconic heroes and villains,” said Sharon Siskie, Senior VP and General Manager of Disney Cruise Line.
“From the dining rooms to the staterooms and everywhere in between, guests aboard our new ship will be surrounded by extraordinary storytelling paired with the signature service and family-fun adventures that are hallmarks of a Disney Cruise vacation.”

Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King is a savanna-themed venue that features live musicians and storytellers performing favorites like “Circle of Life” and “Hakuna Matata” as well as a themed menu.
At Edna Á La Mode Sweets, inspired by “The Incredibles,” guests will find a unique confectionary featuring handmade gelato, ice cream, cookies, candies and specialty treats.

Located near the Grand Hall on the Disney Destiny, two walk-up cafes will offer a variety of coffee, tea, specialty beverages and snacks.
Café Megara, inspired by the heroine from Disney’s “Hercules,” will feature a “Greco disco” design with elements like lightning bolts, clouds of Mount Olympus, vases with the Muses, Pegasus and wave patterns on the ceiling.
Café Merida, themed around the heroine from Pixar’s “Brave,” will showcase a Celtic design reflecting her Scottish Highlands heritage. Highlights include a tapestry hung from a bow and glowing lights above the bar, reminiscent of the will-o’-the-wisps.
Themed venues and entertainment will feature Disney, Pixar and Marvel characters, including new lounges celebrating Cruella de Vil and Pirates of the Caribbean.
“We want our guests to have fun with the unique theme of this ship, and we are having a blast creating spaces and entertainment experiences that pay tribute to the villains, anti-heroes and mischief makers who have captivated Disney film and theme park audiences for generations,” said Siskie.

De Vil’s piano lounge, inspired by Cruella de Vil from “One Hundred and One Dalmatians,” features a Hollywood Regency design with Cruella’s signature red, black and white color palette. Guests can enjoy martinis, chic cocktails and wines while enjoying piano tunes.
At Cask and Cannon, guests will immerse themselves in the world of “Pirates of the Caribbean.” The pub, inspired by the Disney Parks attractions, is decorated with treasures “acquired” by pirates. Guests can watch live sports and enjoy a menu of rare, specialty, and vintage rums, as well as exclusive brews served straight from the barrel.
Disney Destiny will also debut “Sing a Silly Song,” a new AquaMouse attraction featuring Disney Animation villains in a 760-foot-long water ride with an original soundtrack by Emmy composer Christopher Willis and lyricist Elyse Willis.

Disney Destiny will also offer shows, meet-and-greets, and special appearances featuring Disney villains such as Maleficent, Hades and Cruella de Vil. Exclusive events and activities will allow guests to interact with their favorite villains, complemented by programs like Oogie Boogie’s dance party and a Disney trivia event.
A range of Marvel characters will inspire themed venues and entertainment on the ship. Highlights include a Grand Hall inspired by “Black Panther,” an entertainment parlor themed around “Doctor Strange,” and a tower suite honoring Iron Man.
The Grand Hall will feature metalwork resembling Wakandan armor, a Vibranium-inspired light fixture and a statue of T’Challa, the Black Panther.
The space will transform into a living theater, offering immersive shows and interactive programs where Disney and Marvel heroes and villains interact with guests.

The Saga, adjacent to the Grand Hall, will offer daytime family activities and adult-exclusive evening entertainment with interactive shows and events.
The Sanctum, inspired by Marvel Studios’ “Doctor Strange,” will offer an array of cocktails, spirits and coffees, and host various activities throughout the voyage.
The Destiny Tower Suite, inspired by Iron Man, spanning nearly 2,000 square feet, will accommodate eight guests and include designated areas for dining, sleeping and playing, along with a full kitchen and private elevator.

Guests in the Destiny Tower Suite and all concierge-level accommodations will receive premium service and access to exclusive areas and amenities, including the Concierge Lounge and private sun deck. The lounge will feature art celebrating the Avengers, inspired by their Manhattan home base.
The Disney Destiny will also feature two popular experiences from the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, inspired by Marvel Universe stories and characters.
Worlds of Marvel, Disney Cruise Line’s Marvel-themed dining experience, will host guests for a celebration starring Rocket and Groot from the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films. During a tribute to Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes, Groot will organise a surprise party for Rocket as guests enjoy Marvel-themed trivia and activities for the whole family.

The youngest guests can embark on their own adventures at Marvel Super Hero Academy, where they will train to become the next generation of Super Heroes.
Disney Destiny will be the eighth cruise ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and the third in the Wish class. She will be a sister ship to Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, and is scheduled to enter service in December 2025.
