The cruise line had already announced that its ship Marina would re-enter service later this year from Copenhagen, but this is the first time Oceania has revealed cruise itineraries from US ports.

The cruise restart plans include Marina’s sister ship Riviera, as well as the cruise line’s two smaller ships Insignia, and Sirena.

“We continue to see incredible pent-up demand for future cruise vacations and as regions across the globe continue to reopen for travel and tourism,” said Frank Del Rio, President & CEO of Oceania parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

“We are excited to get back to what we do best and deliver exceptional vacation experiences for our guests to once again explore the world,” he added.

The three additional cruise ships will enter service between October, 2021 and January, 2022.

Riviera will resume its previously published voyage schedules beginning from Istanbul on October 18th, 2021 and sail a series of Mediterranean voyages prior to beginning a winter 2021/22 series of Caribbean voyages from Miami.

Insignia will resume sailings with the December 21st, 2021 Panama Canal voyage from Miami, beforeembarking on an already sold-out 180-day Around the World cruise from Los Angeles to New York.

Sirena will commence sailings starting with the January 22nd, 2022 Caribbean voyage from Miami to Panama City, Panama.

“This is an exciting day for our guests and team members alike as we begin to prepare another three ships to resume sailing in Europe, the Caribbean, and the eagerly anticipated kickoff of our epic Around the World in 180 Days voyage for 2022,” said Bob Binder, President & CEO of Oceania Cruises.

Guests will experience a number of OceaniaNEXT enhancements from the first sailing on board Marina when the line resumes operations in August with elevated dining experiences and service levels for guests.

OceaniaNEXT enhancements will also debut aboard Regatta, Insignia, Nautica, Riviera, and Sirena as each vessel returns to sailing.

Voyage itineraries for each ship will continue to be evaluated for port availability and may be adjusted as required closer to the sailing dates, Oceania said in a statement. Phased restart dates for Regatta and Nautica will be announced at a later date.
