Scarlet Lady is the first ship for new cruise line Virgin Voyages. She is expected to enter service at the beginning of 2020 and has been designated an adults-only ship, targeting the millennial cruise passenger.
Virgin Voyages millennial focus is seen in some of the features of the RockStar suites, from peak a boo showers and hammocks on balconies to music-themed guest bedrooms and the inclusions of a ‘rider’ (a list of personal requests given by a celebrity or high-profile figure to a venue that includes such items as a bowl of Lucky Charms, all green M&Ms, an electric guitar and more).
