Virgin Voyages coming to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and South Africa in search of crew

If you’ve been contemplating a career at sea in the ever-expanding cruise industry, Virgin Voyages may be the cruise line for you.

The new kid on the block, with its first cruse ship due for delivery in 2020, has announced a global talent-spotting tour, the X Factor of wait staff, spa specialists and back-of-house operations.

“Over the next six month’s Virgin Voyages will be visiting 18 countries in search of crew on our Virgin Voyages Global Talent Spotting Tour,” the cruise line said in a release.

“Together with our partners, we’re seeking people who are amazing to work with and who live and breathe customer service,” Kasia Anderson, head of people at Virgin Voyages, said in a LinkedIn post.

“We love it when you bring your personality to work with you,” she added. “We love passion, authenticity and being human. We are also committed to diversity and inclusion, as we are firm believers that the world is better off when everybody is part of it.”

And for this job interview you wont have to cover up those tats or worry about your obnoxiously bright hair either.

“In case you were wondering, we don’t even mind if you have tattoos or colorful hair. Just be you,” Anderson added.
