Aman at Sea has unveiled the inaugural itineraries for its first vessel, Amangati, with reservations now open for sailings beginning in spring 2027.
Aman at Sea is a joint venture involving Cruise Saudi and the Aman brand, marking a further expansion of Saudi-backed investment into the global cruise sector. The company already owns its homegrown Saudi cruise brand AROYA Cruises.
The inaugural programme will comprise five- to eight-night voyages in the Mediterranean, with itineraries focused on the Dalmatian Coast, Mediterranean Spain, and the French Riviera, with schedules featuring ports not commonly served by larger cruise ships, among them Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
Amangati is currently under construction and will accommodate a maximum of 94 guests across 47 suites. Suite sizes range from 731 to 3,811 square feet, and all accommodation categories include private terraces.
The limited guest capacity places the vessel within the ultra-luxury segment of the cruise market, where smaller ships are positioned to access ports and waterways that are closed to larger tonnage.
According to Aman at Sea, selected itineraries have been scheduled to coincide with major events in the Mediterranean calendar. These include sailings aligned with the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix.
Some voyages will also feature a transit of Venice’s Grand Canal, with Amangati sailing past landmarks including San Marco Square before departing the lagoon at sunset via the Grand Canal.
Onboard facilities include a 12,817-square-foot spa spanning two decks, with eight treatment suites, alongside a fitness studio, medical centre, and beauty lounge. Water-based activities will be supported through the Selora Marina and Lounge, which will provide access to water sports equipment, pools, and sun decks.
Dining venues on board comprise the Mediterranean restaurant Alira, Japanese concepts Akari and Hiori, and Aman Grill. In-suite dining will be available to guests at any hour. Entertainment spaces include The Jazz Club, a cinema, and a youth lounge.
Operational features include two helipads and six tenders, which will be used for guest arrivals and departures as well as shore excursions. Aman at Sea said each guest will be assigned a dedicated suite host for the duration of the voyage.
