Tillberg Design of Sweden (TDoS) has revealed interior design details for Oceania Allura, the eighth cruise ship in the Oceania Cruises fleet, as the 241-metre luxury vessel prepares to enter service.
The ship follows sister ship Oceania Vista, which was completed in 2023, continuing a design partnership between TDoS (part of the Viken Group) and Oceania that spans multiple newbuilds for the brand.
Designed to accommodate up to 1,200 guests, Oceania Allura has been conceived with a focus on spatial flow, ocean connectivity, and consistency across public and private spaces.
TDoS worked across a broad range of onboard environments, including suites, lounges, retail areas, and hospitality venues.

Among the key areas addressed by the design team is the ship’s owner’s suite, which has been styled around a classic American design language incorporating red, white, and blue tones alongside coastal and marine elements.
The suite includes a large balcony, a butler’s pantry, and a walk-in closet, as well as separate dining and living areas. Additional features include a bar with a hammered metal counter and a living space designed to accommodate writing desks, seating areas, and integrated cabinetry.
Public venues have also been developed with distinct identities while maintaining a consistent visual language.
The Barista coffee lounge, located on Deck 14, has been designed as a combined café and seating area with panoramic sea views. Its palette incorporates pale yellow, blue and white tones, with gold accents and materials such as polished marble, antique mirrors, and glass chandeliers.

Oceania Allura also features multiple lounge spaces, including a library, concierge lounge, and executive lounge.
The concierge lounge on Deck 9 uses dark wood panelling and neutral fabrics, with a golden cage feature forming a focal point of the space. The executive lounge on Deck 11 has been designed with darker finishes, including stone walls, a herringbone floor, and mirrored ceiling, with repeating geometric patterns used across glass doors, shelving, and ceiling details.
Retail spaces form another significant component of the onboard design. TDoS was responsible for the layout and styling of several shops, including cosmetic, clothing, and jewellery outlets.
The cosmetic shop features a pale pink and nude colour scheme paired with dark flooring and rose-toned metal elements, while the clothing and accessories shop adopts a cooler, more contemporary aesthetic using white and silver finishes, backlit onyx, and a custom chandelier.
The jewellery shop has been designed around the concept of a jewellery box, incorporating midnight blue velvet and glass display cases framed by metal structures, onyx panels, and veined blue marble.

“The jewellery store had a private room, in which they created a golden cage made of metal,” said Anna Silvesjö, CEO of the Viken Group. “Creating this structure without making the rattling noise of the metal when the ship is moving, whilst still keeping it as a totally private space which was both elegant and luxurious, was certainly a challenge. In the end, we were truly delighted with the results.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with the different design firms, the suppliers, and contractors throughout all of the areas on board, as well as with the client, of course,” Silvesjö added. “The work went smoothly and has given our team a lot of fun, as well as valuable learning opportunities.”
Oceania Allura represents the latest collaboration between TDoS and Oceania Cruises, building on the design framework established with earlier ships while refining materials, layouts and spatial relationships across the vessel.
