Norwegian Cruise Line has released its Spring/Summer 2027 cruise programme, featuring more than 500 voyages across 150 ports in 59 countries, with a focus on port-intensive itineraries and extended stays, popular with both the Middle East and South African cruise markets.
The 2027 season, running from April to October, includes more than 170 overnight calls in ports such as Istanbul, Reykjavik, and Copenhagen.
The deployment covers Europe, Alaska, the Caribbean, Bermuda, Canada and New England, and the South Pacific, across 20 ships departing from nearly 30 global homeports including Miami, Seattle, New York, Southampton, and Civitavecchia.
In Europe, eight ships will operate a variety of itineraries. The cruise lines new Prima class vessel, Norwegian Viva, will sail Western Mediterranean and Greek Isles cruises from homeports including Istanbul, Barcelona, and Ravenna, while her sister ship Norwegian Prima will alternate between Mediterranean and Northern Europe itineraries.
Ports of call include Dubrovnik, Split, Kotor, and several maiden visits to cities in the Baltics such as Riga and Klaipeda. Seven-day itineraries dominate the European offering, many featuring late departures or overnight stays.
In North America, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Pearl, and Norwegian Luna will operate voyages to Bermuda, with sailings from New York, Boston, and Philadelphia. These cruises include overnight calls at the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda, the principal base of the Royal Navy in the Western Atlantic between American independence and the Cold War.
Alaskan itineraries will be offered aboard Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Joy, and Norwegian Jade, departing from Seattle, Vancouver, and Whittier. These itineraries range from seven to ten days and including scenic cruising in Glacier Bay or along Hubbard Glacier.
Norwegian Spirit will remain in the Pacific following her Australia and New Zealand season, operating a series of 11- to 13-day open-jaw cruises through French Polynesia, Fiji, the Cook Islands, and Samoa. These voyages will sail between Sydney, Lautoka, Papeete, and Honolulu.
The line’s private island destinations, Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas and Harvest Caye in Belize, will feature on nearly all Caribbean itineraries. Enhancements to Great Stirrup Cay—including a new pier, heated pool, and tram service—are expected to be complete ahead of the 2027 season.
Further details on itineraries, embarkation dates, and ports of call are now available via Norwegian Cruise Line’s booking channels.
