Skyview Suite
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has partnered with Italian bedmaker Flou to introduce a new sleep-focused accommodation concept aboard its upcoming vessel Seven Seas Prestige, scheduled to launch in December 2026.
The collaboration will see Flou’s Leonardo Sleep System installed across the ship’s higher suite categories, with a bespoke design created exclusively for the vessel’s top-tier Skyview Regent Suite.
The move forms part of a broader effort by Regent to differentiate its ultra-luxury offering through onboard comfort and wellness features, with sleep quality positioned as a central component of the guest experience.
“An indulgent, restorative night’s sleep is at the heart of the Regent experience and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are setting a new benchmark for ultra-luxury travel,” said Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Our partnership with Flou has resulted in unrivalled relaxation that will allow our guests to awaken completely rejuvenated before exploring the world’s most extraordinary destinations,” he said.
The Skyview Regent Suite, a two-level, two-bedroom accommodation spanning 8,794 square feet, is set to feature a custom-designed mattress developed specifically for the space. The bed incorporates more than 10,000 micropocket springs arranged across multiple layers, alongside materials such as full-grain leather and engineered wood finishes.
The suite will also include a curated pillow and linen menu, extending the focus on personalised sleep comfort.
“Reflecting our shared philosophies, this partnership unites our deep understanding of the culture of sleep with Regent’s commitment to creating an escape defined by space, serenity and sophistication,” said Cristiana Messina, Board Member, Flou.
“When creating the sleep system for the Skyview Regent Suite, we let the sea inspire us, the concept was to make the guest feel as if they were being embraced by the sea, surrounded and supported at every point of their body during rest,” she said.
Beyond the flagship suite, Flou’s Leonardo Sleep System will be installed across the ship’s Distinctive Suites category, which includes Seven Seas Suites through to Signature Suites. The system integrates the bed base, mattress, top mattress, and pillow into a unified structure designed to balance support, temperature regulation, and breathability.
Seven Seas Prestige will mark Regent’s first new ship class in a decade and follows the Explorer-class vessels built by Fincantieri. The 77,000-ton ship will accommodate 822 guests with 630 crew, offering one of the highest crew-to-guest ratios in the cruise sector.
The vessel will feature 12 suite categories, including new accommodation types such as Skyview Suites, Grand Loft Suites, and Horizon Penthouse Suites, alongside expanded public spaces and dining venues.
Its inaugural season will include 13 voyages across Europe and the Caribbean, ranging from 10 to 15 nights, with itineraries including two transatlantic crossings, Panama Canal transits, and overnight stays in destinations such as London, Lisbon, and Bordeaux.
