Regent Seven Seas Cruises has introduced an evening service at its Pool Grill venues, expanding casual dining options across its fleet from January 22nd, 2026.
The change includes the rollout of a dedicated pizzeria menu and extended evening opening hours, offering guests an alternative to the line’s traditional main dining venues.
The Pool Grill will now operate as a self-service evening venue from 6pm to 9pm, weather permitting, across all ships in the fleet. The new service is positioned as an additional dining option rather than a replacement, adding further flexibility to onboard meal choices.
“Our guests love the exceptional onboard cuisine we are renowned for, but they also appreciate the freedom to enjoy dining in a more leisurely setting when the mood strikes, especially after an exhilarating day of exploration,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer at Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Evening service at the Pool Grill and our enhanced pizzeria menu allow us to offer dining that is more relaxed in style, yet uncompromising in quality, true to the unrivaled Regent experience,” he added.
During evening service, guests can choose from a selection of freshly prepared dishes, including strip loin minute steak, rosemary roasted chicken, Provençal-marinated lamb chops, and vegetable kebabs.
The offering is complemented by a salad and appetiser selection, including hummus with pita chips, Caprese salad, Greek salad, and similar items designed for informal dining.
The new pizzeria menu was first introduced aboard Seven Seas Mariner following its December 2025 dry dock and has since been rolled out to Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Grandeur, and Seven Seas Splendor.
Regent said the menu will be added to Seven Seas Voyager after its scheduled refurbishment in May 2026, and to Seven Seas Prestige following its launch later in the year.
The pizzeria menu comprises ten pizza options made to order. Examples include Burrata e Coppa, with tomato, mozzarella, coppa, arugula, and burrata; Tartufo e Porcini, featuring Italian sausage, porcini mushrooms, mozzarella, and black truffle cream; and Vegeteriana, topped with mozzarella, peppers, red onions, aubergine, courgette, mushroom, and spinach.
In addition to food service, the Pool Grill evening experience is supported by a curated selection of sparkling wines and Champagne, while the adjacent Pool Bar will continue to operate from 10am to 9pm. The drinks list includes a mix of Italian sparkling wines, prosecco, and Champagne labels.
The new evening Pool Grill service complements Regent’s existing dining portfolio, which includes speciality and main dining venues such as Prime 7, Pacific Rim, Chartreuse, Compass Rose, and Sette Mari at La Veranda.
Regent said all dining venues remain included in the cruise fare, with the updated Pool Grill hours intended to broaden choice rather than alter the existing structure of onboard dining.
