World’s largest cruise ship suite sells out on half of all Seven Seas Prestige itineraries

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced record-breaking booking figures for its newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige, with the vessel’s most exclusive accommodation, the Skyview Regent Suite, selling out on six of the 13 inaugural sailings. 

Priced at US$25,000 per night, the 8,794-square-foot suite is the largest all-inclusive luxury cruise suite aboard any cruise ship, featuring two bedrooms, a private in-suite spa with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, a glass-enclosed dining room, personal butler service, and unlimited private shore excursions with a dedicated car and guide in every port.

The bookings were made on June 25th, 2025, when reservations opened for Seven Seas Prestige. The event marked the most successful new ship launch day in the company’s history, with total bookings surpassing the previous record—set in 2018 during the launch of Seven Seas Splendor—by 26%.

Currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, Seven Seas Prestige represents a new class of ship for the cruise line. 

At 77,000 gross tons, she will be 40% larger than Regent’s existing ships, yet will accommodate just 10% more passengers—hosting 822 guests and 630 crew members. All suites will feature private balconies and span 12 categories, including four new designs.

The ship’s inaugural season will consist of 13 sailings through the Caribbean and Europe, calling at boutique ports and offering multiple overnight stays. It will be followed by a full deployment as part of Regent’s newly announced 2027–2028 Voyage Collection.

This new programme includes 234 sailings across Africa, Arabia, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and the Americas.

Guests can choose from 3 voyages across Africa & Arabia aboard Seven Seas Mariner, ranging from 14 to 21 nights in length. 

These sailings showcase the region’s landscapes, diverse cultures and histories, and natural wonders, with calls in destinations such as Walvis Bay, Namibia; Luanda, Angola; Abidjan, Ivory Coast; Nosy Be, Madagascar; and Pointe des Galets, Réunion Island. 

Overnight stays in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town, South Africa, offer even deeper immersion into this corner of the world.

Among the highlights are 19 new ports of call, six roundtrip sailings from Tokyo, a 32-night circumnavigation of Australia, and the return of the 133-night 2028 World Cruise aboard Seven Seas Splendor.

Seven Seas Prestige will feature 11 dining venues, including a new Mediterranean restaurant, Azure and signature favourites such as Prime 7 steakhouse, Chartreuse for French cuisine, and Sette Mari at La Veranda.
