Four Seasons Yachts has announced the dining options available aboard its first vessel, Four Seasons I, ahead of her entry into service in 2026.
The ship will feature 11 unique restaurants and bar concepts, the design of which will be influenced by the yachting lifestyle.
Each venue will feature a unique concept and personality, with menus curated by Four Seasons craftspeople, including acclaimed chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists.
“Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and when we set sail in 2026, the same will be true onboard Four Seasons I, creating moments of connection, celebration, and culinary excellence at sea,” said Alejandro Reynal, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons.
“Each offering has been thoughtfully designed to create a highly personalized experience, building on the success of our more than 600 restaurants and bars around the world while introducing something entirely new,” he added.
Cuisines will include indulgent omakase, refined Mediterranean specialties, creative cocktail menus, and more. Guests can expect intuitive service and seamless dining experiences in luxurious surroundings.
Complimentary breakfast will be served daily, with all other dining and beverage experiences offered à la carte. Children’s menus will also be available.
The Restaurants

Sedna – The Yacht’s main dining venue, Sedna hosts rotating master chefs-in-residence from Four Seasons restaurants worldwide. When guest chefs are not in residence, the onboard culinary team serves a menu based on modern French techniques with global influences, paired with a sommelier-curated wine selection. A private dining room for up to 10 guests is available for events.
Terrasse – Offering Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Terrasse serves light, seasonal dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, including fresh seafood. An open kitchen and live culinary stations provide a dynamic dining experience, while the indoor-outdoor setting offers flexibility.

Miuna – An omakase experience for 16 guests per seating, featuring high-quality fish and seafood prepared in an intimate setting. The menu includes signature beverage pairings, such as rare sakes from Kyoto and Fukushima or Japanese-inspired cocktails.

The Café
Pistachio – Located near the lobby, Pistachio offers light breakfasts and pastries, including freshly baked croissants, house-made gelato, and artisanal coffee and tea prepared by baristas.
The Bars and Lounges

Salon – Designed as a social space, Salon provides all-day service, from à la carte breakfast to evening drinks. Afternoon tea and bottled cocktails are available, making it a popular pre-dinner stop.

Bar Piscine – A poolside bar serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes throughout the day. The menu includes a selection of rosés from Provence, Champagne, and a mobile Mojito station where drinks are made to order on the pool deck.

Champagne & Caviar – An adults-only terrace bar next to Sedna, offering a selection of caviar, Balik salmon, and classic accompaniments. The menu includes Grand Cru and grower Champagnes, proseccos, cavas, and other wines. Tastings are available with both traditional and contemporary pairings.

Horizon Lounge – A Moroccan-inspired lounge with a plunge pool at its center, serving Levantine dishes and cocktails throughout the day and evening. Golden Hour views and stargazing make it a popular nighttime spot.

Marina Bar – Open on days when the yacht is anchored, this bar provides a casual setting with sun loungers, dining tables, and light fare. At night, it transforms into an open-air stargazing venue with cocktails and bottle service.

Bar O – A cocktail bar inspired by the 1960s jet-set era, offering rare vintage liquors and tableside mixology.

Cigar Lounge – A boutique-style lounge offering cigars, rare spirits, and a Premier Cru chocolate pairing experience in an Arabic-inspired setting.
In-Suite Dining
Guests can order in-suite dining 24 hours a day, from breakfast on a private terrace to multi-course meals with wine pairings or late-night snacks.
Further details on the culinary program, including the onboard team and menus, will be announced later.
