Princess Cruises includes Dubai and SA departures in £1 deposit day

Princess Cruises is giving cruise passengers the chance to secure a cruise for just a £1 (AED5 or R15) deposit per person – for one day only – on June 12th, 2019.

It is the third year running the line has made the £1 deposit available and means guests will have nothing further to pay until 90 days before sailing.

“Whether you’re looking to cruise from Southampton, sample one of our new ships or set sail on a far-flung adventure, you can book now, pay later, for just a £1 deposit,” said Tony Roberts, Vice President, Princess Cruises UK and Europe.

“With so many destinations and options on offer we have a sailing to suit everyone,” he added.

The offer applies to all destinations and all ships with cruises departing on or after January 1st, 2020, and is combinable with Princess Cruises’ current ‘Three for Free’ deal’.

This comprises up to US $500 spending money per couple, a complimentary speciality dining experience and a bottle of red or white wine on select sailings.

That means Princess Cruises departures from Dubai in 2020, as well as its cruises from Cape Town, will be applicable.

Princess sails to over 380 destinations across all seven continents and with the low deposit offer guests can choose to sail further afield including to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Australia & New Zealand, Alaska and Hawaii.

Included in the promotion is Pacific Princess’ 22-night Cape Town to Fort Lauderdale cruise departing April 4th, 2020.

For those cruising from Dubai, the promotion applies to all three Princess cruises from the UAE in 2020, including Regal Princess’ 11-night cruise from Dubai to Singapore, Sea Princess’ 29-night Dubai to Dover cruise and Island Princess’ 11-night cruise to Singapore.

Sky Princess, Princess Cruises’ newest ship launching in October this year, will sail Scandinavia and Russia roundtrip from Copenhagen in spring and summer next year.

An 11-night cruise departs Thursday May 28 and includes calls to Oslo (Norway), Berlin (Germany), Tallinn (Estonia), St. Petersburg (Russia), Helsinki (Finland), and Stockholm (Sweden).

Prices from £1,699 per person sharing with up to $125 onboard spending money per person, a complimentary bottle of wine and free speciality dining.
