Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced that its new ship Seven Seas Splendor will debut the largest cruise ship suite on any luxury ship currently afloat.
The 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite will occupy the full beam of the ship at the forward end of Deck 14 and will be roughly 30% larger than the Regent Suite aboard sister ship Seven Seas Explorer.

The Regent Suite aboard Seven Seas Splendor features two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, bar area and in-suite spa.

“The Regent Suite is the ultimate example of how Seven Seas Splendor will astonish luxury travelers with an unrivaled experience, and it reflects the superior level of detail you’ll uncover throughout this stunning ship,” said Jason Montague, President & CEO of Regent.
“In the Regent Suite, whether you’re entertaining friends in your elegant living room, enjoying caviar or lobster in your dining room, relaxing on your handcrafted Hastens Vividus bed, delighting in unlimited spa services in your personal in-suite treatment area, or exploring a seaside village with your personal car and guide coordinated by your dedicated head butler, the holistic experience represents luxury perfected,” he added.

The Regent Suite aboard Seven Seas Splendor will include amenities such as a US $200,000 handcrafted bed, in-suite spa, and a wraparound balcony. Like the Regent Suite aboard Seven Seas Explorer, this will be a one-of-a-kind stateroom aboard the ship, the only ‘owner’s suite’ available.

The beds alone in the suite are worth US $200,000 each.

It will feature two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and a guest washroom, a hot tub on the balcony, and an in-suite spa with expansive ocean views. The spa has a sauna, steam room and heated loungers and guests can avail unlimited in-suite spa treatments.
Other perks for guests in the Regent Suite include butler service, a personal car with a driver and guide in every port, and first-class domestic airfare.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ fares for all passengers cover flights, standard shore excursions (premium options are offered for an extra cost), alcoholic beverages, gratuities and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Splendor will be a sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer.
Seven Seas Splendor will carry just 750 passengers and is due for launch in February 2020. She will be a sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer, which is cruising from Dubai in 2020, and South Africa this year.
Seven Seas Explorer and Splendor will be joined by a third sister ship in 2023, which is as-yet-unnamed, but has been billed by Regent Seven Seas as taking the Explorer-class cruise concept to the next level.
