Dubai Airport is on a mission to make time spent at the airport as fun as the cruise experience you’re using it to get to.
The airport has opened a Bounce trampoline pop-up in Terminal 3 as part of its Winter Wonderland DXB offerings.
The new feature helps to address one of the primary complaints of cruise tourists flying into Dubai to join their cruise ship – that most flights land in the early morning, while boarding for the ship typically only starts in the afternoon.

The several hours wait isn’t enough time to go sight seeing in Dubai, but is too long to spend waiting around Dubai Cruise Terminal. The solution then, is to spend more time at Dubai International, which is upping its game in the ‘fun flying’ competition.
The trampoline park is staffed by qualified Bounce crew members who will help visitors shoot hoops, flip into the Big Bag, show off their Parkour skills, or test out their climbing strength on the bouldering wall.
The temporary venue will be in place until the end of March.

The Dubai International Airport was the busiest in the world for international travellers in 2016 when it reported a record 83.6 million passengers, more than 600,000 of whom were cruise tourists flying into and out of Dubai at the beginning and end of their cruise in the Arabian Gulf.
Bounce is open 24 hours a day and is located near gate B27 in Terminal 3. The experience costs Dh50 for 30 minutes or Dh80 for one hour, and Dh40 for an additional 30 minutes.
