Regent Seven Seas Cruises 2029 world cruise to include Dubai overnight call

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has confirmed that its 150-night 2029 world cruise will include an overnight call in Dubai, as part of a global itinerary spanning 31 countries, seven continents, and more than 37,000 nautical miles.

The sailing, aboard Seven Seas Mariner, will depart Miami on January 6th, 2029 and conclude in Rome (Civitavecchia), incorporating 70 ports of call across South America, Antarctica, the South Pacific, Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.

Dubai is among 13 destinations scheduled for extended stays, alongside ports including Sydney, Singapore, and Lima.

D’Silva said the itinerary has been structured to combine established cruise regions with extended port calls designed to support more in-depth exploration. “We are looking forward to bringing our discerning guests onto this journey in the most luxurious and all-inclusive way possible,” he said.

The programme includes 326 shore excursions and access to 57 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, with routing that takes in the Amazon River, Antarctica, and a trans-Pacific crossing before continuing through Southeast Asia and into the Indian Ocean.

The inclusion of the Middle East segment, including Dubai, reflects the region’s role within long-haul cruise itineraries linking Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Seven Seas Mariner, which accommodates approximately 700 passengers, underwent refurbishment in late 2025, with updates including redesigned suites, refreshed public spaces, and enhancements to onboard dining and enrichment facilities.

These include a new culinary theatre concept, alongside upgrades to suite bathrooms and furnishings across multiple accommodation categories.

Fares for the full 150-night voyage start from US$99,999 per person for a Deluxe Veranda Suite, rising to US$344,999 per person for higher-category suites.

The cruise includes a pre-departure programme in Miami, featuring a one-night hotel stay and a gala event prior to embarkation, alongside a range of onboard and shoreside inclusions.

The itinerary reflects continued demand for extended global voyages within the ultra-luxury segment, where operators are combining long-duration sailings with a mix of expedition-style routing and established port calls.
