Regent Seven Seas’ 2024 World Cruise featuring Middle East sells out in just 3 hours

Regent Seven Seas’ 132-night World Cruise aboard Seven Seas Mariner, with port calls in the Middle East among 31 destinations, has sold out in just three hours.

The five-month World Cruise for 2024 aboard Seven Seas Mariner went on sale on July 14th, and sold out after just three hours, breaking the cruise line’s sales record for the third time in a row.

Fares started at $73,499 per guest for a Deluxe Veranda Suite, up to $199,999 per guest for a Master Suite. The World Cruise will visit five ports in the region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Salalah, Safaga and Aqaba).

Dubai is the Maldives of the Middle East, Abu Dhabi is the cultural and political capital of the United Arab Emirates, Salalah is the tropical coastal tourism heart of Oman, Safaga is the gateway to the evocative ruins of the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes in Luxor, and Aqaba is the gateway to the iconic ruins of Petra.

“With a waitlist longer than we have ever experienced, we knew that the 2024 World Cruise was going to be popular, but this outstanding response has surpassed all expectations and is without a doubt our strongest world cruise launch day ever,” said Jason Montague, President & CEO, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“Remarkably, we’ve found that interest hasn’t just come from our past guests, and we have seen a strong increase in first-time travelers with Regent, many of whom were keen to book the higher end of our suites,” he added.

In addition to the Middle East destinations, the 2024 World Cruise voyage will also explore Central America,the U.S.’s West Coast and Hawaii, South Pacific Islands, Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, the Mediterranean, and Bermuda.

Seven Seas Mariner will depart Miami, Florida on January 6th, 2024 and visit 66 ports in 31 countries on four continents, with 442 shore excursions included in the fare.

The ship will stay overnight in 12 of the ports, and will transit both of the world’s most famous canals (the Panama Canal and Suez Canal). In addition, there are 61 World Heritage Sites on offer.
