Carnival Cruise Line partners with DXC Technology to manage IT infrastructure

Carnival Cruise Line has entered into a multi-year agreement with DXC Technology to manage its global IT infrastructure, covering shipboard systems, shoreside offices, and port facilities.

The partnership will support Carnival’s operations across its 29-ship fleet and aims to strengthen its technology systems used by both guests and employees. DXC will be responsible for a range of services including workplace support, IT service management, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity.

The partnership is intended to provide consistent IT performance and support across Carnival’s global operations. According to the companies, DXC will apply an employee-focused delivery model with automation and cybersecurity measures to maintain operational continuity and support guest services.
