Marella Cruises launches all-inclusive gastropub concept Piccadilly’s fleetwide

Marella Cruises has launched a new gastropub concept restaurant, Piccadilly’s, across its fleet, offering guests a relaxed all-inclusive British dining experience as one of the main restaurants.

Piccadilly’s is the third new restaurant to launch in the main dining areas across all ships and features a rotating menu of British classics with a modern twist—delivering an elevated gastropub menu that celebrates the best of UK cuisine.

The 250-guest capacity restaurant joins familiar signature dining concepts aboard the UK cruise line, such as Kora La and Surf & Turf, which are also available across the Marella fleet.

Piccadilly’s

“We are pleased to be launching this latest innovative concept restaurant, Piccadilly’s, onboard all of our ships,” said Luke Saunders, Food and Drink Development Manager at Marella Cruises. “After a successful trial across a couple of ships, we have seen great appetite for a range of hearty British favourites – from elegant desserts to comforts that taste like home. We can’t wait to see our customers reactions to this new restaurant concept.”

Piccadilly’s will introduce a varied range of new dishes and sharing plates, including:

Chicken or the Egg, a unique starter consisting of smoked chicken terrine, crispy soft hen eggs and piccalilli

Chicken Cock-a-Leekie, a stuffed roast chicken main meal with vegetables

Great British Burgers, a sharing plate which includes beef, Yorkshire pudding, pork, chips, and coleslaw

Arthur Duke Pasty Duo, a sharing plate with pork, apple and apricot wellington and pulled beef, and mushroom puff pastry served with vegetables

Starters include Chips & Gravy, Devilled Chicken Livers on Toast, Smoked Salmon Roulade, Leek and Potato Soup, Mushroom Soup and Smoked Haddock & Leek Pasty

Desserts include a tasty Orange Jaffa Cake, which comes with orange jelly, 70% dark chocolate and candied orange, as well as classics with a twist, such as The King of Rice Puddings served with meringue, strawberry and compote, and Chocolate Bourbon sandwiched in ice cream

The restaurant will also offer additional payable dishes, such as Seafood Thermidor Frites (£11.95), Rack of Lamb (£11.95), Pan Seared Sirloin Steak (£11.95) and a decadent Belgian Chocolate Dome (£4.45), filled with salted brownie, almond chocolate ganache, orange marmalade, vanilla ice cream and topped with hot caramel sauce.

Piccadilly’s will be open from 18:00 – 21:00 every day and will not require pre-booking.
