Celebrity Cruises is expanding its range of itineraries in the Caribbean, with two ships now offering port calls at Royal Caribbean’s private island Perfect Day at Coco Cay, enhancing the appeal of Celebrity’s Caribbean itineraries for Middle East passengers.
The cruise line will be offering weekend itineraries out of Florida for the first time, making it easy for Middle East tourists in North America to get away for a quick Caribbean cruise during a longer holiday in the US.
This will mark the first time Celebrity Cruises has had two ships in the Caribbean calling at Perfect Day at CocoCay, a private island destination owned by its parent company Royal Caribbean Group.

The Zipline at Perfect Day at CocoCay
“Starting next April [2024], sun chasers, beach lovers and relaxation seekers, will all be able to enjoy the Caribbean like never before on board two award-winning ships, Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Reflection, as they begin to call the tropics home,” said Mohamed Saeed, Managing Director, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara & Silversea Cruises – Middle East.
The new programme of itineraries doubles Celebrity Cruises’ number of year-round Caribbean sailings and introduces the first weekend itineraries.
“Our customers are consistently asking for more opportunities to visit this stunning region year-round, have more weekend options so they can getaway easier, and have expressed a desire for a private island destination,” added Laura Hodges Bethge, President of Celebrity Cruises.
“By introducing this new programme, we can meet this demand and offer something new and historic to all our guests,” she said. “Perfect Day is a destination like no other, and we are honoured to add it to our portfolio.”

The Infinity Pool at Coco Beach Club
Located in the Bahamas, Perfect Day at CocoCay features pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters, the largest freshwater pool in The Bahamas (complete with a swim-up bar), as well as a Coco Beach Club with a heated infinity pool, specialty restaurant, and 20 overwater cabanas.
Hideaway Beach, a new offering debuting in January, will offer an adults-only escape, with private cabanas and a new signature food outlet.
For the thrill-seeking crowd, there’s also North America’s tallest waterslide, and a 450-foot high Up, Up and Away balloon ride.
Sailing out of South Florida, Celebrity Beyond, will offer a mix of six and eight-night journeys, visiting Grand Cayman, The Bahamas, Mexico, and the Dutch Caribbean islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao, along with Perfect Day at CocoCay.

Launched in April 2022, Celebrity Beyond is the newest member of the brand’s revolutionary and modern Edge class that introduced Infinite Verandas, two-storey Edge Villa suites, and of course the Magic Carpet restaurant that sits on the starboard side of the ship.
The ship also features 30 food and beverage options, world-class production shows, an indoor rainforest called Eden and a rooftop garden bar.
The Silhouette class Celebrity Reflection meanwhile will sail three and four-night itineraries, with the shorter three-night cruises departing Friday, giving guests the opportunity for a mini-escape in the Caribbean.
Nearly 40 itineraries will offer the chance to enjoy Perfect Day, while also taking guests to the picturesque streets of Key West, and the white sand beaches of Bimini.
