New Cunard Line ship Queen Anne to feature Dubai on 2025 World Cruise

Cunard Line is bringing its brand new cruise liner, Queen Anne, to the Middle East in 2025, with a 107-night World Cruise that calls in Dubai, along with 30 additional ports on five continents.

The announcement was part of a wider rollout of Cunard’s its 2025 winter program, offering over 133 cruises and 159 unique destinations around the world aboard its four ships, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria,Queen Mary 2, and Queen Anne.

Queen Anne will debut in 2024 as the fourth ship in the fleet, and the largest after Queen Mary 2, the cruise line’s flagship, and the last remaining ocean liner in regular Atlantic service.

Queen Anne, under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy, will depart on her first world voyage on January 9th, 2025, sailing roundtrip from Southampton.

The 107-night cruise will call at 30 ports on five continents, with nine overnight calls at ports including Honolulu, Sydney, Hong Kong and Dubai, as well as three late-evening departures at additional ports.

“We are thrilled that Queen Anne will be taking on the World Voyage in 2025,” said Matt Gleaves, Vice President of Commercial Development for North America, Cunard.

“With four ships in our fleet, we have the opportunity to spend more time in specific regions around the globe, and guests will be able to explore destinations in great depth, all with the luxury of sailing on Cunard’s new ship,” he added.

Carrying more than 3,000 guests, Queen Anne will introduce a new accommodation category, the Cunard Queens Grill Grand Suites, which provide guests with exclusive, private residences on board, complete with living rooms, butler’s pantry, walk-in closets and marble baths.

In addition to the World Cruise via Dubai, Cunard Line’s other three ships will be sailing a diverse range of itineraries in 2025, with the 2,691-guest Queen Mary 2 sailing her traditional roster of transatlantic crossings as well as Caribbean cruises between January and May 2025. She’ll also offer some Mediterranean voyagesdeparting from Rome.

The 2,061-guest Queen Victoria will operate eight voyages in South America in early 2025, which can be combined to form the 85-night South America Discovery cruise from Hamburg. The cruise features a rounding of the infamous Cape Horn, at the southernmost point of Chile, and overnight calls in Amsterdam, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Callao, Peru.

The 2,081-guest Queen Elizabeth will deploy to Singapore in February 2025, following a series of Australia/New Zealand cruises, and cruise in East Asia through May, calling at Vietnam, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. Seven overnight port calls and 25 late evening departures are scheduled for the East Asia series.
