Spa and relaxation options revealed aboard upcoming Carnival Celebration

Carnival Cruise Line has announced details about the relaxation options and amenities aboard its new Carnival Celebration, including the Cloud 9 spa, Loft 19 and the Serenity Adult-Only Retreat.

Carnival Celebration will debut in PortMiami this November, cruising from the redesigned Terminal F on November 21st.

According to Carnival, the new Celebration will feature all the favourite options from across the fleet in one package, making her the ultimate ship for relaxation.

“While every Carnival ship has places to relax, we took all of the fan favorites from across our fleet and brought them to Carnival Celebration to make her the ultimate space to unwind and enjoy your vacation,” said Christine Duffy, President, Carnival Cruise Line.

“From our popular Cloud 9 Spa and adult-only areas to the new spaces designed just for relaxing, there will be nothing like feeling pampered while enjoying endless ocean views and vibes on Carnival Celebration,” she added.

Cloud 9
Like most other ships in the fleet, Carnival Celebration will feature the line’s signature Cloud 9 Spa (on Decks 5 and 6). The spa will feature a hydrotherapy pool, steam rooms and a post-treatment relaxation room for guests to lounge and enjoy herbal tea.

Spa treatments will include massages, facials, stone therapy, body treatments and acupuncture, among others. The Cloud 9 Spa will also have a fully-service salon and an expansive fitness center.

Loft 19
Located on the ship’s highest deck (Deck 19), Loft 19 is an extra-fee retreat-style space first introduced on Mardi Gras. It includes full bar service, an infinity whirlpool, sun loungers and private cabanas, available for rent by the day or for a full voyage.

The cabanas come with Loft 19 attendant service, plush robes, lunch delivery, chilled towels and fresh fruit, and guests staying in Excel-level suites receive complimentary access to Loft 19 and priority cabana reservations.

Serenity Adult-Only Retreat
Carnival’s popular fleet-wide Serenity Retreat is open to guests 21 and older and features full bar service, a pool and two hot tubs, as well as a number of sun loungers.

Pools
In addition to the pool in the Serenity Retreat, guests can take a dip in the patio pool in Summer Landing and the tides pool in the Lido zone. Havana stateroom and suite guests also have exclusive access to the Havana pool (pictured).

Other highlights of the ship include six themed zones (the Lido, Summer Landing, Celebration Central, 820 Biscayne, The Gateway, and Ultimate Playground), the latter being home to the line’s second BOLT roller coaster.
