Azamara offering $500 credit toward South African shore excursions for 2024/25

Azamara is offering up to $500 onboard credit and a choice of complimentary Wi-Fi, or a Premium Beverage Package, for guests that book a veranda or suite until September 30th, 2024 on select sailings.

The offer includes Azamara’s cruises from Cape Town during the period, as well as cruises calling in South African ports, with the onboard credit applicable to shore excursions such as the Nelson Mandela Capture Site.

Azamara will be returning to South Africa for the 2024/25 cruise season, homeporting Azamara Quest in Cape Town and sailing six roundtrip voyages from the Mother City as part of the Southern Hemisphere summer cruise season, which runs from November to March.

Azamara Quest

These 12-night itineraries explore all of South Africa’s major cruise ports with calls in Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Mossel Bay and Cape Town, as well as the port of Maputo in Mozambique.

Guests will have the chance to discover the country’s wildlife, beach towns, and culturally diverse cities with more time to connect with local life thanks to Azamara’s Extended Destination Days, which offer ten or more hours in port to explore historical sites and vibrant local cultures or relax on beaches.

Azamara’s 2024/25 South African cruise season is part of a wider fleet deployment that spans the four corners of the world, with the Azamara Quest sailing to South Africa, Azamara Journey cruising along South America, Azamara Pursuit visiting Asia and Australia, and Azamara Onward embarking on a 2025 World Cruise.
