Oceania Cruises reveals Christmas/New Year itinerary for Middle East in 2023

Oceania Cruises has released more than 40 different Christmas and New Year season cruises in 2023, 2024, and 2025, featuring a variety of ports and cities, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Lima, Miami, Singapore, and Sydney.

Riviera will depart on a 10-day “Sumptuous Arabia” itinerary on December 29th, cruising from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai, offering a whole host of festive fun and activities, seasonal decorations, festive garlands, sparkling lights, a visit from Santa Claus, carol singing and more.

On Christmas Eve there’ll be a tree lighting ceremony and festive dinner, and on Christmas Day passengers will be treated to a traditional eggnog breakfast menu. For Jewish guests there’ll also be a Menorah lighting and Hanukkah evening meal.

“Cruising aboard a luxurious ship replete with celebratory menus, glistening decorations, and festive entertainment is an extraordinary way to spend the holiday season,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises.

The 10-night Abu Dhabi to Mumbai cruise is also available as an 82-night Grand Voyage to Yokohama, a 45-night cruise to Bangkok, or a 30-night Singapore itinerary.

The ship will spend New Year’s Eve cruising from Sir Bani Yas Island for Dubai, with passengers getting a view of the spectacular fireworks along the UAE coast.

New Year’s will see different ships in the fleet offer countdown parties too, followed by a massive New Year’s Day gala brunch (for guests who didn’t overdo the night before!).

Other holiday voyages available include a 24-day trip aboard Marina  for the “Legendary Latin America” tour setting sail on December 18th; and the 14-day “Awe of Australia” aboard Regatta, scheduled to depart on December 21st, sailing from Sydney to Bali.

Oceania Cruises has also released holiday cruises for the 2024/25 season, such as “Hidden Caribbean Coves,” a 10-day voyage sailing from and returning to Miami aboard Vista departing December 17th, 2024.

“Antarctic and Patagonian Joy” is a 24-day expedition departing December 21st, 2024 from Lima and culminating in Buenos Aires aboard Marina, cruising through the breathtaking Chilean Fjords, and deep into the frozen expanses of Antarctica.

For those seeking adventure, the cruise line will also offer the 14-day “Beyond the Panama Canal” odyssey from Miami to Los Angeles aboard Nautica departing December 23rd, and visiting Cartagena and Mexico’s western coast.
