Celestyal releases Egypt and Turkey itineraries for new ship Celestyal Experience

Celestyal Cruises has announced that its new cruise ship Celestyal Experience will be sailing itineraries to three continents from March, 2021, including calls in Turkey and Egypt.

The ship, formerly Costa Cruises’ vessel Costa neoRomantica, was acquired by the cruise line earlier this month after Costa’s parent company Carnival Corporation announced that it was selling 18 ships as part of a cost-cutting measure amid the coronavirus pandemic.

From April 3, 2021, Celestyal Experience will set sail on the 7-night Idyllic Aegean itinerary visiting Athens, Rhodes, Crete (Agios Nikolaos), Santorini, Milos, Mykonos and Kusadasi (Ephesus).

Later in the season, she will operate the Eclectic Aegean itinerary, a seven-night voyage.

“This has been a challenging year for everyone. However, we are extremely optimistic about the future of travel and, especially of cruising,” said Celestyal Cruises’ CEO, Chris Theophilides. “We are delighted with the addition of the Celestyal Experience to our fleet.”

“This ship will be a game-changer for us, and we can’t wait to introduce her to our guests. The Celestyal Experience embodies Celestyal Cruises’ ’commitment to an intimate, authentically Greek experience onboard a contemporary, well-appointed, mid-sized cruise vessel,” he added.
