Fred Olsen offering free on-board spending credit on Cape Town and Dubai cruises

Passengers who book any one of five selected cruises with Fred Olsen Cruise Lines before November 19th, 2018 will receive free on-board spending credit of $260 per person, the cruise line has announced.

The five cruises included in the offer are a 30-night cruise from Cape Town to Phuket departing October 30th, 2019, a 28-night cruise from Bali to Dubai departing January 23rd, 2020, and three additional cruise itineraries in the Adriatic and Dalmation Coast, South America, and Colombo to Limassol via the Arabian Gulf.

Both the South African and Dubai cruises are being offered aboard Fred Olsen’s classic cruise ship Boudicca.

The on-board spending credit is being offered only on these longer itineraries as they give passengers a chance to truly immerse themselves in the ships and the cruise line, says Clare Ward, Director of Product and Customer Service for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.

“The warm, friendly atmosphere for which our ships are known really comes into its own on our longer voyages as guests mix with other like-minded travellers and really get to know our fantastic crew,” she said.

“Our ships will become a home-from-home for those who are exploring the world with us, whether it be to the idyllic sandy beaches of the Seychelles or destinations that are just bursting with culture such as Rome in Italy or Phuket in Thailand,” Ward added.

The free spending credit for aboard the ship can be used for specialty dining, spa treatments or other shipboard services.

“Travelling further afield with us allows plenty of time for on-board relaxation, which is why we are offering guests free on-board spending credit. Whether they treat themselves to a massage in our spa, a sumptuous dinner in our specialty dining venues or a spot of retail therapy, it is sure to be an added sweetener to what is already set to be a fantastic holiday,” said Ward.
